Per Curiam. Defendant Jeffrey Clark appeals the sentence imposed upon his plea of guilty to distribution of more than 50 grams of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(i). On appeal, defendant contends that due process requires the District Court to have discretion to exclude from "relevant conduct," drug transactions that were not necessary to secure his arrest and conviction. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
